Frequently asked questions

Can a slipped disc be managed without surgery?

Many people with disc-related pain are managed without surgery, but the right approach depends on your examination and scans. Only your treating specialist can advise whether surgery is needed; supportive therapy should never delay treatment you need.

Should I bring my MRI?

Yes – please bring recent MRI or X-ray reports to your assessment. Our team does not interpret scans as a diagnosis, but they help us plan safe care.

Do I need to stop my medicines?

No. Never stop or change prescribed medication without your treating doctor's advice. Our therapy is supportive.
